You mustn't forget they also have a "Digital Communicator" who is actually paid to go on Facebook and Twitter and the like and get friendly with people and appear as the "friendly face of the RSPCA". Not the face that you and I and others see. Add that to the money they waste!! Hope your case is progressing OK. She has disappeared from a couple of sites because of the hostility she came up against.

Did any of you hear the Jeremy Vine Show yesterday on Radio 2 - have emailed him a large slice of RSPCA reality for him to look at and digest, incl the spending of over £16m on the new HQ building 10 years ago, the desire of the CEO to punish rather than help animal owners etc - ie line the pockets of their mates and solicitors and how as defendants there is little or no chance of success. If anyone is interested I will try to attach it to a PM rather then post it up here but in reality the only way to curb them is to cut the funding and that might be achieved in a number of ways - they are not the only people who can take on a more activist role! Looking forward to hearing from you all and wonder if Mr Vine might take on board some of what was said - ie wasting money on prosecutions is just the tip of the iceberg!
