How any times do we have to read an article such as this one? They need a vet to authorise the removal of the pony? If your horse has lice, your dog has fleas or a skin complaint they will be out at the drop of a hat with one of their greedy "expert witnesses" in tow. . A cat owner who told them she had given her cat a quarter of a codeine tablet which gave it a bad reaction and it died, suspended jail sentence. OK, not the smartest thing to do, but she meant well, this was pure and absolute neglect. Will they spend £300k taking this owner to court? Watch this space. Evil or Very Mad
