A question for Millie1
But of course, you are all welcome to answer.
Millie1 really knows how to fight so I want to put this question to her on here so that everyone will know their options if these things kick off.
I've had my first trial in Magistrates Court............and lost to half the charges.
Obviously you know I'm appealing. Does this appeal go straight to Crown Court only I've got myself confused after reading bits and bobs on the net.
Is the appeal my final fight or are there even more options? We've also discussed the fact that I have at least three to four charges that I can bring against the RSPCA.

Re: A question for Millie1
Hello C. I hope you are keeping ok.
I can`t see any reason why you couldn`t go to the European Court of Human Rights if you so wished.
What`s good enough for Abbu Hamza and his ilk is good enough for you.
For Candcane
Yes the next step in the UK is Crown Court, which will be presided over by a Judge and 2 magistrates (no jury). If you lose that and still want to fight on you can only do so in the UK if: -
The Judge has made an error in interpretting the law, you can ask for him to make a 'case stated' - it is complicated but he ultimately has to justify in writing his court conclusion. I think you have 21 days from end of Crown Court to request this and Judge will respond if he accepts the 'challenge' and advise a time limit for full submission.
If he has made an error and the case stated show this I think the next step is Judicial Review when 3 judges review the case and the decision.
As for European Court of Human Rights - you can only appeal to them on certain ground, the form is massive and you will need written court record of your convictions, You also only have a time limit of 6 months from the final decision in the UK.
