Hello Guys and Girls, Moonstone and Basil!
I am really glad this forum will now be monitored, I think the fact that it was free-range put a lot of people of getting involved. One thing that I really like is the fact that we no longer have navy blue background with black print - I almost had to turn my monitor on its side to get it in a certain light sometimes to be able to read it!

Hello and welcome..
There`s a couple of reasons why i`ve set this forum up. 1. As already mentioned, the colour tone on the other forum was driving me nuts!! And 2. I wasn`t keen on no one having any control over who was reading what anyone was writing. Apart fron guests, now we have.
I know the forum will take a while to get going buy hopefully soon a few more will join and some topics will start.
Anyway, for now ... welcome!!

Hello and welcome
Thank you Basil as i have said before rspca monitor all forum's looking for evidence to help their prosecution cases so the fact that you are monitoring this one will be give us member's the opportunity to speak out without fear of having our onversations snooped on
Do you intend to access new member's to try to spot the "enemy"?

Re: Your first subject
The amount of the forum that guests can see can be reduced so snoopers won`t be able to snoop. (Still got to work that one out)
Any dodgey members won`t get much chance to interfere as they`ll soon be evaporated!!
I want people to be able to bring their concerns out into the open and be discussed without fear of being picked on.
I`m no pc whizkid but as long as i know where the delete button is everything will fall into place later.

I'm back
Your friendly RSPCA prosecutor (as in prosecuting them!)is now up and running on this site. Specialilty equine cases, advice available to all who believe they have been wrongly accused.
Hoping to meet Nigel Weller Friday as he is defending a case in my local court (sadly missed his performance throughout as I did not know it was him defending) but hope to catch a word after he's finished Friday - doing a dog case but he's done so many his knowledge of the law and its 'loopholes' and pitfalls the RSPCA fall into is beyond question.
Am only online a few days a week so cant always respond immediately but I have responded to all so far I think!
Trilby the prosecution of them is in relation to 2 horses, but the summons will add weight to my section 20 return claims for both them and the last 4 and if successful I might put in for the other 4 as well - get the whole family back together again!
123Tom if you are out there let me know if you want help with your case as I am sure a lot will cross over from mine.
Hope to hear from people soon (no trolls!)

Welcome Millie
Amazing news that you are taking them on and look forward to discussing it with you in person soon. 123 Tom has had his case adjourned until December which I hope will give him time to speak to his vet (who I believe will go to court with him) Poor guy, his dad was ill last I heard so hope all is well there. . I have sent him a PM wishing him/his dad well and advising him that he should in future use this site which is now monitored. The message is still in my outbox so I posted a message on the forum to him.
Speak soon Millie. X

nigel weller
thanks moonstone but he is not helping me i am doing this all by myself. thankfully nigel is defending another case that is concluding in my local court tomorrow (if I had known he was defending I would have been in every day to see how he does it!) but i just want to ask him one simple question that I am having difficulty persuading the courts of: - when does the police responsibility towards my horses end, technically by the law they can had over care but not ownership/possession and therefore I would argue they have overall control over the horses they place in the care of the rspca, however, the legal adviser at the courts says that they cannot be held jointly responsible and is refusing to summons them on the same allegations as the rspca. incidently i have one statement from an rspca officer in relation to my case which does not disply the normal rspca logo, but a rather interesting symbol - when i showed the legal adviser he descibed the symbol as abusive!!! (might show nigel this too since he has proven their underhand ways in the past).

Please dont be put off but the feeling of taking on the RSPCA is not dissimilar to Die Hard story line! One (wo)man against the armed mob.
