Sentence For Hanging Dog

A 10-year ban is what I got. This dog was deliberately hanged and suffered and the sentence is the same. Can anyone explain how these daft magistrates decide who gets what, sentence-wise. And the point of a curfew is? Are they more likely to murder another dog at a certain time of day? They have basically got off scot-free, apart from the fact that they are being ''vilified'' by neighbours which they well deserve.

I couldn`t work that one out, the law just doesn`t make sense anymore.
