ive just been on preloved.com on a forum on there alot of people do not like the rspca but said they are not antirspca there was a story on there of inspecter thretened a woman if she didnt hand over her cats as she was a breeder he would report her to social services and get her kids taken way its discusting how low they will actually go

To be honest Tom, nothing surprises me and they have become a law unto themselves. I heard a similar story a while ago. They are starting to think they are God. If your horse has started to windsuck, it is probably stress related/boredom etc. Maybe he is banged up in a box for hours on end?
