CPS and my case Empty CPS and my case

Without being able to speak to my Solicitor until next week, does anyone know if you can ask for the CPS to review a case which has already been heard and decided?

I am now unsure if there should be an appeal or request a CPS review. Is a review free of charge?

Hi no I dont think you can now, the best way to use them is to do so before any trial as their evidence tests are tougher and they can take over and stop a case ever going ahead. Havent heard of anyone using them after the Mags case has been heard.

Contact them C ... if only to make them aware of your case.
If no one does it we`ll never be any better off.
