RSPCA BEING TAKEN TO COURT? Empty RSPCA BEING TAKEN TO COURT?

Anyone heard this? A friend of mine maintains her husband saw/heard on TV a couple of weeks back that RSPCA were being taken to court, but didn't listen carefully enough to find out why. She works in Pets at Home and says a couple of her customers have heard the same thing. Any ideas why? Smile
