This is beyond my comprehension...I cannot blame RSPCA here as they DID prosecute altho I think their prosecution was not strong enough...how come your horse has lice (despite 9 witnesses swearing they saw it treated for lice) and it is taken off you and shot, but you lob your old dog into the sea and are told you are a caring and responsible owner? You still have both your dogs. So what happens...do you bribe your vet or what?

He probably didn't have any assets or money (perhaps unemployed) so they let him off as they wouldn't get any costs paid:shock: they prefer to steal pet's from those who own their own homes so they can put a charge against it:evil: or be able to pay their court costs:twisted:

I can picture the fear in that poor dog.

Why is it that the real cruelty just goes by, but innocent people who help animals get their hides spanked. Twisted Evil
